Food and people have always been my passions!  I’ve been blessed to be able to pursue those passions through lots of different avenues.  I've owned 3 restaurants, cooked on the front line of some crazy kitchens, planned 1200 person parties (through a Chinese interpreter mind you) and have held the hands of many, many brides as they plan the biggest day of their lives.   Joining Denise (or Mom as I like to call her) at Silver Spoons is the perfect opportunity to combine all this experience!  I look forward to helping you have a fabulous event! =)

Silver Spoons Catering & Events was founded in 2004 through the encouragement of my beautiful children and my love of fine food and fellowship.
I proudly bring to your table 30 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry. Although you would often find me in the front of the house managing restaurants, my passion for cooking and creating lured me back into the kitchen again and again.When my Greek grandfather came to this country through Ellis Island back in the early 1900s, he opened a Restaurant and Candy Kitchen in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Many of his recipes and my large, boisterous Greek family's recipes have served as an inspiration for Silver Spoons. So as you can see it comes to me naturally.
